What does a Greek Vegetarian eat
when she's not eating Greek food?

When I was asked by one of my favourite bloggers, Kiersten from Oh My Veggies to write a guest post for her "What I Ate This Week" segment, I was over the moon. Not just because of the honour to contribute to such a widely respected blog, but also because it gave me the opportunity to blog about some of the food I eat when I'm not eating Greek food! Like this Stir-fried Tofu and Walnut Crumb Salad.

Head on over to Kiersten's blog to see what I ate this week and to also discover (if you haven't already) a truly wonderful and inspirational blog with a huge selection of the coolest vegetarian and vegan recipes and ideas.

    1. I fry the tofu with lots of ground coriander which helps give it a bit of a crust. The walnuts add extra crunch too!

  7. Just read the post in Oh My Veggies.....Wow! Lisa, I do not know where to start. All these dishes look so great. Tony's avocado choc thing he has going there has got me itching to try it out. Looks damn good! I had no idea vegetarian food would be that good.

    1. Thanks Nancy! The avocado mousse is amazing, but to be honest, I prefer to make it with real sugar and a little honey. Tony uses stevia sweetener because he is trying to lower his carb intake but I find stevia a little bitter for my liking..

    1. The crispy tofu and fresh crunchy veggies go great together, but the lemon juice is really the star of this salad. It really brings everything to life.
